Bakery Closure

Dear Customers,

I realise that this might come as a shock to you all, but I am sorry to say that I have come to the decision not to reopen the bakery after my break. This is the worst time of year to work in the bakery and I have found it increasingly difficult to use the space effectively. For those of you who have been at the bakery, you will have seen that we have quite a basic setup which leaves us very open to the cold and damp conditions of winter. So after a lot of thought, I have decided not to carry on and begin to look for a new challenge in my life. I am proud of what Fleur and I have achieved considering how little experience we both had when we started and I will always be grateful for the support from our wonderful local community over the past two years. We couldn't have done it without you.
